This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of documentation of a family house. This Project as well as the addenda are elaborated according to the contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on the plot number 201/52 in České Vrbné area. This is a family house with a garage. This object is two-floored basement house whit an attic. On the first floor there is a living room, an office, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest room and a garage. In the second floor there is a bedroom, two kid's bedrooms, a terace and bathroom. In the basement there is a fitness room, a technical base, a storage room and a playroom. The floor plan of the house is broken with a pitched roof. The bearing walls are constructed of the Porotherm system.

The bachelor thesis "Cost analysis of passive houses and houses with zero energy consumption" focuses on using natural materials in constructions suitable for passive and zero-energy houses. The theoretical part describes concepts related to the construction of energy-efficient buildings. The practical part assesses the suitability of each construction for use in passive and zero-energy houses. Furthermore, these constructions are valued and compared with each other.

Evaluation of the structural static condition of the existing structure

This thesis focuses on the assessment of the structural-statical condition of a building affected by a fire. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent of damage and explore possibilities for future use. The theoretical part introduces the issue of fires in various structures and examines the impact of fire on different types of materials and constructions. In the practical part, there is an own evaluation of the object, a static assessment, the results of the inspection and a summary of the conclusions from the evaluation.

Solving constructions in geometry in 4th and 5th grade of primary school

My diploma thesis is focused on the solution of construction tasks by pupils in the 4th and 5th year of elementary school. Its goal is to investigate the thought processes of pupils when solving selected construction tasks in mathematics. In the Theoretical part, I describe ideas about the cognitiv , and Mr. and Mrs. van Hiele. I also focus on the difficulty of teaching geometry and the description of the expected outputs from geometry in the Framework Educational Program for basic education, which relate to construction tasks. The last chapter of the Theoretical part is devoted to construction tasks in textbooks for the 1st grade of elementary school. In the Practical part, I focus on the research itself. It was made using the method of observation, during which a video recording was taken. Then I analyze these video recordings and describe the procedures of the 4th and 5th grade students when solving the assigned construction tasks. Based on these procedures, I divide them into groups. For each group, I think about the students' thought processes and their level within the cognitive processes described in the Theoretical part. Issue of detailed building condition survey processing of building constructions

Processing of expertises in litigations in the area of damages caused by civil engineering on other owners‘ surrounded ground constructions led the author to write this contribution. Condition survey of current state is done on other owners‘ surrouded buildings before working constructions, mainly on underground structure, engineering and ground constructions, start. There are sometimes protracted litigations and expertise processing in determination of damage level in case of damage in connection with such construction. That is why the author deals with the issue of building condition survey and decisions made by both a client and a processor about details and distances from a place of constructions when building condition survey is proceeded.
